This generation is crazy as we are depended totally on technology and automation. In this busy life we are totally dedicated to our daily busy works. As the work increases automatically our stress increases. As I mentioned in the post heading Stress is directly proportional to our laziness. We need to overcome stress and work out for that daily to lead happiest and productive life.
There are multiple tasks need to be finished in the day but our body may not supports for every work we mentioned in our to-do list. Then directly it leads to laziness and results in procrastination. Research proved that procrastination is the best friend of stress and laziness. We know that we are in stress and it automatically misleads our concentration on work. Follow these simple steps to overcome stress and be active in daily life.
Step 1: Identify your stress Conditions
Stress mainly occurs when you have done excess work or there is a pressure of excess work to be done. First and foremost thing you must do is review your to-do list again to exclude unnecessary tasks, also to reduce you pressure on doing something. Most of the people prepares to-do list without any plan. Plan accordingly before you prepare your to-do list. As many business people and professional persons prepare some list of tasks to do for that particular day but they have no knowledge of finishing and ticking their tasks end of the day because of lacking in plan. So do not plan your tasks which are out side of your time bound and energy.
Step 2: Share your tasks with someone
After Identifying your stress conditions, you must seek someones help to finish the tasks. Although it not possible to share every task which you have to do but there might be 3 out of 10 tasks can be shared with your colleagues and co-ordinates. Also sharing tasks and delegating work increases your efficiency in smart work and interaction with the people. Still if you find some difficulty in handling tasks then segregate the tasks and finish those accordingly by next day. However do not hesitate to share your tasks with some one because seeking help is not a crime.

Step 2: Take break for a while to overcome stress
Remember, that you are not the only person who can create miracles by playing one day game. Always work remains pending even though you clear bundles of pending work. There are some instances that you need to stretch for hours and hours to finish the huge target but It is always suggested for every hard working mind must take 15 to 20 minutes break in every 2 hours of working. Especially persons who are working in corporate industry , they must realize that working with the team is sharing the work and promote the work culture and it doesn’t mean that we must act as one man army and run the entire show with single hand. We must take some break and prefer some fun activities. When you are going for a break with your colleague, avoid using your work related topics to discuss with them. Always entertain your self and have some fun activities while you are in break.
Step 3: Create live atmosphere at work place
Remember that work should be done perfect and do hard work to finish it but also you must realize there is a huge difference between human and machine. Machinery work creates more stress in many cases. There is no use of communicating with machines with out having fun with the people. In our daily life we might have came across that people are going on increasing their IQ levels by competing with machines but they are realizing that they are slowly decreasing their emotions while dealing with people. Always deal with people with humanity and more over you must behave like a human and create a lively atmosphere at work place. Many corporate companies like Google and Facebook are concentrating on work atmosphere that how lively it must and how pure the human interactions should be.
Tips: Crack some jokes with colleagues. This leads to more interaction with the people also reduces your stress.
Step 4: Control your daily habits
Sleeping late nights, improper sleep leads to over stress on your mind. Without having proper sleep, your mind cannot interact with all the body parts and sense organs. Have a good sleep every day and do not sacrifice your rest by too much involving in profession. By the old saying health is wealth is aptly suits to this situation. It doesn’t mean that you need to sleep hours and hours. Having deep sleep for 5 to 6 persons for an adult person is more than enough to manage happiest work life being stress free. Avoid smoking and drinking as much as possible. Our habits passively effects our health and directly leads to stress.

Step 5: Include Meditation and Exercise in daily tasks
Almost we keep on finding this tip in daily magazine and health tips but unfortunately we find very few people who frequently do meditation and exercise in their daily life. Most of the people remains with a reason that they are not able to dedicate their time for meditation and workouts because excess of work and pending tasks. All it matters one hour time to do the meditation. Research says that 20 minutes of meditation in a day is enough to lead happiest hours in the rest of the day. Also take proper diet and collect health tips while having food in terms of solids and liquids. Try to avoid junk foods and have a healthy food habits.
