Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was an Indian philosopher and statesman who was the first vice president of India and second president of India. After he became president of India, few of his students and friends requested him to allow them to celebrate his birthday (5th September) . For all his contribution towards teaching for our India it has given a great honor and respect to him by celebrating his birthday as Teachers day.

The Missile man of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam is always a best example to everyone who wish to become a Teacher. He is the person of simplicity. Kalam always believe Teaching is a passion and your teaching must be done from heart not only from books. He is an excellent Administrator, Scientist and Teacher. He worked as a professor in MID (madras institute of technology)and inspired, explained and educated his students always. He worked as a scientist for defense research development organization (DRDO) and Indian space research organization (ISRO). Unfortunately passed away in the year 2015 while delivering a lecture at the Indian Institute of Management Shillong, Kalam collapsed and died from an apparent cardiac arrest on 27 July 2015, aged 83. However he gave a great inspiration and guidance for all Teachers over the world.
Not only these two great men but there are hundreds and thousands of Teachers in India keep on inspiring and guiding their students in different areas like Music, Dance, Education, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Business, Blogging every where Teachers role is important and massive.

As I mentioned above teaching is not so easy and it’s always hard to convey their perception and lessons in the book. 1. Respect their Students
All the respect comes from the way we treat the other person. The authority of a Teacher comes from their behaviour but not with their arrogance. High self esteemed Teachers always respect their students.
2. Unity in everyone and unbiased
The best teacher creates Unity in a class and treats every student in the same manner. These teachers will have an ability to treat everyone same.
3. Enthusiastic
Every Teacher must behave like a student because, there is always some thing remains to learn. Thus Teachers must nurture their mind to learn something new every day. These people will create enthusiasm in students and self.
4. Be supportive to the students
A Teacher must be more supportive to the students in every aspect. Student stage is the crucial part that every student must be kept under moral things and make them to learn as much as they can also a Teacher must support the children talent and interests too. Every time they must communicate with their parents about their child’s behavior just to make sure to polish their talents and skills.
5. Be innovative in Teaching
Just by writing on black board and ask the students to copy the same thing they write. This type of educational theories are old and students minds are keep changing day by day. As long as they need some thing new way Teachers must invent new things to teach them. Such as doing some activities and exercises on different topics. Thus they can create new strategies.
6. Teacher must act as a leader
All the teachers are leaders where as their students are their followers. Every leader must have dare to pretend few things and dare to publish their talent. On presenting some thing people use to have some fear. And it is the teacher’s job to make sure that students must remove all the doubts in their mind while they present themselves to this world.
7. Teachers must be adaptable to the situation
All the days are not the same as today. Days are keeps changing and the trend to maintain things also changes. In that situation Teachers must adapt themselves also their students.
